Essential Wisdom is shaped by a lineage of master practitioners who believed that leaderships begins from within. This work is deeply influenced by the teachings of Ramon Corrales, Ph.D., whose wisdom, presence, and disciplined curiosity formed the foundation of the Essential Wisdom approach. 


That lineage continued through years of collaboration with Tom Anderson, whose partnership helped refine and co-create the Essential Wisdom Coaching Skills for Leaders program. 


Together these influences anchor the Essential Wisdom Four Principles of Effective Leadership, philosophy, and the belief that meaningful leadership is always a practice of becoming.
